Friday Night Lights!!!

In case you haven't seen my facebook account, Here are some pictures from last Friday night. Jeff's school (Fort Bend Baptist Academy) had a football game and he wanted me to bring Avonlea to it for her first official sporting event. He was a very proud Papa as he carried her around & many admired her plentiful cheeks & sweet smile. Avonlea did GREAT and was memorized by the bright lights, green turf, and energizing band that played. She will be attending many more events as "Daddy" is about to start coaching basketball next week.

Avonlea is 4 Months old!!

Avonlea's fourth month started out with her getting her very 1st cold ever. Even though she was coughing, sniffeling & sneezing, she was still as sweet-spirited and happy as ever. Jeff and I had our first official date without our sweet girl while her Grandma and Grandpa Crain watched her. Avonlea also started going to the church nursery this past month and we are very comforted by the presence of Ms. Stacy there taking good care of her! Teething, drooling, chomping on items have all been very evident this month & Avonlea has started sucking her thumb. Last weekend, she made her 2nd trip to the beach house and finished her month with a doctor's appointment. Here are the results:

14 lbs. 12 oz. (76 percentile)
23 3/4 inches (71 percentile)
2 shots & 1 oral vaccine & she was a champ with it all!
